Refunds & Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy provides clear guidelines on how to request a return or refund, eligibility criteria, and processing times.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to health & safety regulations, returns are not accepted for any of our detox products. All sales are final.

Please make sure all order details - including shipping address and product section - are correct before completing your purchase. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please be sure to select your preferred flavor when purchasing bundles. If flavor is not selected at checkout, we will choose the flavor(s) for you based on availability. We are unable to make changes after the order is placed

2. Non-Returnable Items

All Jücee Detox products are considered non-returnable due to their perishable nature and health & safety standards. This incudes:

  • Detox drinks
  • Any opened or unopened consumable products
  • Sale items and gift cards

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with results. All sales are final.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact within 3 days of delivery atus at juceedetoxx@gmail.com. Include your oder number and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
